At the British Cane Corso Society (BCCS), we want you to understand our refund and cancellation terms clearly. This policy outlines how refunds are handled for membership fees, events, purchases, and services in accordance with our guidelines and UK consumer regulations.

The British Cane Corso Society (BCCS) is a not-for-profit organisation. All membership fees, donations, and event payments contribute directly to the administration of the Society and the promotion, welfare, and preservation of the Cane Corso breed in the United Kingdom.

Membership Fees

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once processed. As a voluntary society, membership contributions support the ongoing operation of the organisation and are allocated toward legitimate club purposes.

Donations

Donations made to the Society are non-refundable. Contributions are used to support breed-related initiatives, welfare efforts, educational activities, and general society functions.

Events and Services

Event payments, seminar bookings, or service fees are typically non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

If an event is cancelled by the Society, attendees may be offered:

  • A full refund

  • A credit toward a future event

  • An alternative arrangement, where appropriate
     

Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered at the discretion of the Society’s Committee. Each request will be reviewed individually, and decisions made by the Committee are final.
